Civil Registrar/Statistician Intern

Duties and Responsibilities:
 

• Receiving birth and death data monthly returns from various registrars within the country.
   
•  Carrying out Data entry and also using Microsoft Excel to ensure data integrity by performing rigorous cleaning, error checking and validation.
   
• Using Power Query to clean data before importing the data to Pivot tables and merging the data into volumes for analysis.
   
•  Identifying trends and relationships in data and presenting statistical findings to management in reports that include executive summaries, charts, tables and graphs.
   

 Organizing files and retrieving an entity's paperwork physically and also handling all other roles brought to my attention.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

•  Edited websites, created websites and converted WordPress themes into Divi formats to be used across different types of organizations. 
• Developed strategy and tactics to address organizational and client needs through landing pages and websites. 
• Created, managed and optimized web and app-based content using WordPress platforms, designed and edited websites using preset themes in WordPress.

  Duties and Responsibilities:
   
• Interpreted data to conclude managerial strategy and optimized data collection procedures and generated reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
   
•  Used Microsoft Excel to Create the Pivot tables and also presented data and conclusions to the team to improve strategies and operations.
   
•  Ensured accurate data entry and queries of human resources for the health database and also took part in the evaluation of the performance contract.
