To use the knowledge and skill gained as a Plumber practically in the building and construction industries and the estates maintenance firm by providing suitable services in such an error of technological advancements. Having been acquired this skill of passion for a period of three years, I saw it needful to equip myself well professionally which preempted me to enroll at the Eastland College of Technology certified by the National Industrial Training Authority (NITA) in both Grade 3&2 which I completed six years ago. This acquired skill will help me to deliver best services on the field work and also by the virtues of the experience in my dual training curriculum throughout my course period and also having been on the field work; that is building and construction sites and in real estate’s companies for the past four years.

Experience

I worked with PMC Estate Ltd as the maintenance officer. Was in charge of coordinating installation, maintenance and repair work in buildings, oversee and determine repair procedures.

My duties also were to oversee and coordinate electrical, plumbing, ventilation and other repair works.

Developed, implemented and updated repairs and maintenance procedures.
Was responsible for evaluating problematic systems or facilities and determined what installation or repair services needed to be performed.

Ensured prompt repairs were done in times of emergency breakdowns.
Provided budget estimates and ensured timely delivery of repair and maintenance works. Streamlined associated job execution and repair costs and developed repair schedules.
Performed initial evaluations of building systems and distributing work assignments.
Solicit bids and managed the budget for maintenance and capital improvement projects.
Used to select renovation-level contractors; ensuring contractors meet industry standards and inspected their work upon completion. I hired workers, organized schedules, and assigned work activity.

Minimized the frequency or severity accidents of maintenance personnel and contractors by identifying risks.

Submitted reports regarding repair jobs, which included consumption of man hours, and performed other duties driving the clients and colleague workers for a site visit as required from time to time.

Filed the receipts weekly and updated the income generation data base from our repairs and maintenance department and did reconciliation with the accounts department whenever there was a need.

Education

Trade test of Grade 3&2 in plumbing which i did some six years back.Also i trained as a welder even though didn't seat for exam by then due to inadequate insufficient finance at the moment.This ingrained me with welding skill.Am also a driver,a holder of class B.C.E driving licence.Finally ,also acquired a diploma in basic Theology in Accra Ghana for a period of four years
