Safety, Occ. Health and Environment Manager – East Africa Breweries Limited (Plc) – October 2017 to date

  1. Managing Safety, Occupational Health and Environment at Kenya Breweries (Ruaraka, Industrial area and Kisumu) as a site technical advisor and manager based on Diageo engineering standards,  Diageo Global Risk Management System (GRMS) and Severe and Fatal Incident Prevention Protocols (SFIPPs) as well as all other applicable  and statutory standards.  
  2. Lead in ensuring legal and statutory compliance of the Kenya Business in line with Diageo PLC policies
  3. Lead in occupational Health and safety  collection and data management Diageo guidelines and global data management policies
  4. Management of Fire management systems (Detect and suppression) across the KBL sites and ensuring that the people and the facilities are safe 
  5. Management of over 30 Contractors,  2500 contracted staff and over 1000 contracted fleet on EABL Nairobi and Kisumu plants.
