Maintain  of R.O. treatment plant, effluent treatment plant machines and equipments.

Duties and responsibilities:
Maintained extrusion and injection moulding machines (pvc and down pipe production machines),reciprocation compressor and  compressed air system,water bath,coolling water system and water chiller.
Attended to any breakdown had the user fill the breakdown form before commencement of service / repair and after the work and machine / equipment wass handed over.all machines as wasvindicated on the preventive schedule and Guided on  job card well filling and firing

Duties and responsibilities:
Maintained resistance welding machines, pressing machines,lathe machine and service grinder,
Installed repaired, modified, overhauled , diagnosed, tested and maintain plant mechanical equipment and systems.
Bending,folding,gas cutting,arc welding, fabrication and general fitting.
Plant electrical ,maintained  Water jet cutting and powder coating machine
Maintained hydraulic systems,screw compressors and pneumatic machines
Carried out the required-on floor machining, prototyping, and testing activities related to the NPI tools, jigs, and fixtures.
Contributed in tool design for machining and design for assembly discussions.
