Fridah Amolo

I am Fridah wiswa, responsible and intelligent Kenyan lady. I am ambitious and determined in all that I do for the betterment of any organization/company.

I am well grounded in principals of agriculture, marketing, economics and finance. I have gained enough practice during my internship at Baraka Agricultural College in all round sectors and during my internship at East African Maltings limited. The practice has provided an optimal blending with the theories taught in schools and shaped me into a perfect successful person in our economy. I am flexible and fast learner in any role assigned.

I am passionate about growth, finding solutions of encountered problems and opportunities in the market.I I believe each day has its own reasons to push forward, for the  betterment of any organization/company .

My special skills include critical thinking, being innovative in everything in order to counter the challenges in the market. I do well when it comes to team work,,with my perfect communication skills and emotional intelligence, everything becomes a success.

I have gained professional experience while at Baraka Agricultural College for a period of  nine months,gained both practical and theory knowledge in different income generating sectors Of agriculture  like organic farming,bee keeping, hydroponics,forages etc.

I also worked on the honey value addition,from bee rearing, inspection,honey harvesting, processing, packaging and marketing into the market. Identifying market niche and closing the gaps.

I offered training to farmers and students on various agricultural sectors,trained them on the cost benefit analysis ratios, various costs in the production and how to break even into the market for more profits.

I joined East African Maltings limited for a period of three months and I was able to learn and understand different primary activities done before brewing. I got the privilege to interact with farmers during customer creation services and data entry in different online tools of the company.

For a cumulative period of two years,I have gained sales and marketing experience with the Pz Cussons company. I was able to penetrate different products into the market. I was able to deal with different customers,got their feedbacks for companies improvement, learnt how to positivity challenge competitive companies and improve sales in the market.

I am an alumnus of Egerton University Njoro campus. I was in the faculty of agriculture, department of agricultural economics and agribusiness management. I graduated in the class of 2022 with second class honours (upper division?
