With over 8 years of experience in the banking sector, I have developed strong competencies in customer service, complaint handling, fraud investigation, and reporting and analysis. I have also gained valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities facing the financial industry in Kenya and beyond.

As the founder of Ndeiya Gems Limited, a start-up company that offers a range of services across project management, data entry, event coordination, product scaling, and storytelling, I am passionate about creating and delivering solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our clients and partners. I lead a dynamic and talented team of 7 people and collaborate with various stakeholders from the government and private sectors to do business across the country. I am also committed to empowering and mentoring the youth and women in Kenya, especially in the fields of entrepreneurship and human-centered design. I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new ideas that can help me grow as a leader and a changemaker.
