I am Justus Jacob Adem, a results-driven project consultant with over 8 years of experience delivering high-impact training and capacity-building programs across Kenya. I bring a strong background in stakeholder engagement, performance monitoring, enterprise development, and institutional strengthening within donor-funded environments, including work with DT Global, Equity Group Foundation, and Mastercard Foundation-aligned initiatives.

With a foundation in statistics and project management, I specialize in designing and executing training strategies that align with program goals and enhance service delivery. I’ve supported MSMEs, coordinated multi-county initiatives, and facilitated access to markets, finance, and digital tools, ensuring sustainability and impact.

My mission is to empower individuals and organizations through transformative learning and data-driven decision-making. I'm open to collaborations with NGOs, donor agencies, and consulting firms looking for a training and capacity development expert who understands local contexts and global standards.

“I am a development and enterprise growth professional with over a decade of experience spanning banking, entrepreneurship training, and enterprise development. Currently serving as an Enterprise Master Trainer and Program Coordinator at DT Global, I design and deliver digital and entrepreneurship training under the Jiinue program, while supporting evaluation, reporting, and market linkages for micro and small enterprises. My previous roles at Equity Bank and I&M Bank strengthened my expertise in financial services, SME growth, and customer relationship management. I am currently finalising my Masters in Project Management and hold a BSc. in Statistics and Programming from Kenyatta University, combining analytical rigor with practical program delivery. Passionate about capacity building, I specialize in linking SMEs and youth to markets, finance, and knowledge resources to unlock growth opportunities.”
