I am currently working in FCMG company  as operations manager for the ladt 8 years. Have previously worked as systems administrator in a non governmental organization in charge of 15 branches supporting and managing IT resources. I also have worked as business analyst where i gained skills in systems development, businesses requirements analysis, testing, development of systems documentations and training. Additionally habe worked as IT trainer at zetech University where i facilitated and trained IT courses. My ample experience in IT suspport and billing and also technical sales representative are part of my experience on handling customers 

Hold a bachelors degree in Information Technology with an aggregate of 2.1  and also higher diploma on same field of study
