I am a self-driven individual to get things done without supervision, learns easily, and is excellent at working as a team leader. I am flexible, adaptable, keen on details, and able to work under pressure to a high level of accuracy while maintaining good relations with all. I am dedicated and skilled in leadership, talented in critical thinking and problem-solving, strategic planning, and learning management proficiency

I worked with the Teachers Service Commission from May 1989 to May 2022 when I voluntarily retired. Since then I worked as a headteacher for seventeen years, deputy headteacher for one and a half years, and as a teacher for fourteen and a half years. During this period I gained a lot of teaching experience and administrative skills.

Currently,  from Jan.2023, I am a student at Mount Kenya University taking Business Administration and Management, Strategic Management option. In Dec. 2020, I graduated with a Master of Education, in corporate governance from the University of Nairobi. In July 2006, I graduated with a Bachelor of Education, in mathematics and business studies from Kenyatta University. In July 2013, I graduated with a Diploma in Education Management from Kenya Education Management Institute. In March 1989, I graduated with a P1 certificate from Eregi Teachers Training College. In 1982 and 1978, I sat for O-Level and primary examinations respectfully. I have also many certificates courses and seminars, that I attended, computer applications inclusive.
