About Floviancea kepha:
After working for several years directly with people in diverse professional setting, l am seeking to leverage my experience in the organization. I believe l am a strong candidate for the open position, as am a competent hard working individual, capable of working under minimum supervision, a time conversant and able to cooperate well with collogues .
l worked in all areas of customer relations, where I got to have direct and indirect interaction with clients , sales generation, work flow management, problem solving and financial report follow up .Additional experience includes data entry of reports and managing Excel spreadsheet. Much of my experience is transferrable in area of customer support and report management, via chats and email.
I am a first learner and a hardworking individual, hence, looking forward to learning broad areas of the position under your company policy. For the convenience, l have attached my CV for your review .

I have experience as an E_ care customer support agent ,customer service agent and Data entry clerk in the companies I have previously worked with .l worked in all areas of customer relations, where I got to have direct and indirect interaction with clients , sales generation, work flow management, problem solving and financial report follow up .Additional experience includes data entry of reports , checking and ensuring data accuracy ,and managing Excel spreadsheet.
Education
Am a Diploma graduate in Information Technology undertaken in Jomo Kenyatta University.
I also have Certification in Cisco Networking.
