FIDELIS MUKILYA

My name is Fidelis Mulatya. I have a degree in Linguistics, Media, and Communication, and I'm passionate about working in areas such as public relations, digital marketing, and NGO work. I also have training in disaster management, data entry, photography, and basic first aid, which helps me adapt well to different roles. I’ve previously worked with NHIF (now SHA), where I gained strong communication and administrative skills. I’m highly motivated, a quick learner, eager to contribute positively to your team and highly flexible to learning new things

I have experience working with the National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF), now SHA, where I developed strong administrative, communication, and customer service skills. I also worked in a boutique specializing in men’s wear, where I gained hands-on experience in sales, customer service, product display, and fashion retail.  I have a strong interest in Public Relations, NGO work, and Digital Marketing. My background reflects strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership abilities, with a flexible and service-driven approach in every professional setting.
