I am a diligent, always eager to learn, hardworking and ambitious young individual with an open mind, good initiative who is willing to undertake new challenges and can work under pressure with least supervision.

In my previous role, I exercised teamwork, customer service, and communications skills in contribution to team efforts
and organizational improvements. I am open-minded and focused on new developments in my field. I have proven to
be effective and motivational, with proficiency in communication and collaborative work. I enjoy brainstorming and

As a Trade Development Representative for Telkom Kenya Ltd, I was responsible for: Agent and Merchant
Recruitment, Training and Delivery of Business Tools, AML Training, Float Management, Reporting and Record
keeping, SIM Sales, Provide back-up support to other group members in the performance of job duties as required,
Answers customer inquiries/communications as required and to perform other related duties as assigned by
management. My main task was to ensure that daily, weekly and monthly targets are achieved as per the company laid
down targets.
