Roles And Archivements 
➢ Accounting and consolidation of all county Government projects and making sure all 
transactions are correctly recorded.
➢ Coordinating the government projects and activities, key central controller for major 
records and reporting to Finance office.
➢ Preparation of payment vouchers and entering the system ensuring that effective financial 
expenses are recorded as and when incurred.
➢ Imprest payment and Surrender retirement and coordinating with the human resource 
manger for recording all projects employees’ benefits.
➢ Invoicing payment and validating through IFIMIS, including overseeing the proper 
supplier payment validation and application of payment to invoices.
➢ Payment of bills, ensuring proper cash dispensation and allocation of all the expenses to 
each department as per petty cash records
➢ Preparation of payment analysis Report Maintenance of Vote book.
➢ Bank reconciliation and cash book updating – reconciling payments by payables accounts 
and ensuring bank book balance matches actual bank balance in each month.
➢ Cheques handling (Writing, banking). Proper maintenance of cheques and ordering safety 
checks from audit department.
