For the past 5 years as a Business Manager, I was able to grow a Tech Startup company from scratch to a company that enables employers to seamlessly connect to blue-collar workers through a Web-App and an Android app. I managed to mobilize marketers who helped register over 8,000 users to the platform. I developed strategies that opened up opportunities for Corporate partnerships with 2 major stakeholders in the Labor industry.
