  • Software application installation, configuration, maintenance and updates. 
  • Support with network configuration, connectivity and diagnosing problems with wired or wireless connections, IP address configuration, or DNS settings. 
  • Assist with routine system maintenance tasks, security patches, and hardware upgrades.
  • Document IT procedures, create user manuals, and maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory.
  • Evaluate, analyze and disseminate surveys.
  • Provide technical support to the end users on their concerns and provide solutions in a friendly and professional manner.
