A self-driven, ambitious, hardworking individual who has developed a mature and responsible approach to improving my professional skills in Project Planning and Management, Customer Service, alternative Banking Channels, and Data Analysis through computer literacy skills in MS Office. Through my current role, I have gained skills such as minutes writing, business case preparation and scram master knowledge as well as enhanced communication skills. The five years I have been in the banking industry come with full knowledge of teamwork, target-oriented, customer-centric, and follow-up on any pending issues to maximize organization goals and objectives as well as my career growth.

Currently am working as an Alternative Banking Channels Office with Caritas Microfinance Bank in Kenya. Have been in this field for 2 years after getting a promotion from business development officer which was more of a relationship officer. 

I n totality have been in the banking industry for 5 years as a sales, Business development officer, and now Alternative Banking Channels officer.

Am a graduate of a bachelor's Degree In Project Planning and Management sciences from the University of Eldoret.

Project Planning and Management is more of managing projects from the start which is the initiation stage to the closing stage which is the closure stage of any given project or program. This is applied in my current role of Alternative Banking Channels where a service is developed and we ensure it's closed to give the customer the intended services and continuous monitoring of the product developed or service.
