I am a multi-skilled Construction Project Manager by profession with over 6 years of experience managing both commercial and residential construction projects and ensuring their timely completion. My capacity to work under pressure and deliver in time has won me the trust of many of my clients. A summary of the roles I have handled in the course of my engagements includes supervising general contractors and subcontractors, reviewing contractor’s schedules and method statements, producing detailed construction schedules, coordinating communication between contractors and the design team, formulating and implementing health and safety procedures on site and interpretation of building plans and ensuring compliance with construction requirements. My focus is to secure a position as a Project Manager in construction management where I can use my skills to aide in construction and improvement of quality structures.

A bachelor degree graduate in construction management. This professional expertise enables me to manage and supervise construction projects to its completion by ensuring compliance of all applicable laws and standards, ensuring monitoring and controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance.
