I have worked in facilities management for the last 17 years of which the last 19 months have been at Makini School in Nairobi. In my 17 years I have managed to turnaround 4 major contracts for a facilities management company in South Africa. Each of these clients were listed companies on various stock exchanges. Each of these clients had given my previous employer notice and we managed to turn the projects around, achieve financials goals and targets with delivering service excellence.  Prior to this I was a senior lecturer at Tshwane University of Technology in Hospitality.
