Currently, I am the Commercial Director at Sky Garden where I am in charge of building processes to scale the commercial department as I drive up the companies GMV. I also serve as the partnerships lead to our Tier one partners. Coordinate and Manage commercial OKR's together with the Marketing and Operations department. Helping and guiding the team negotiate difficult commercial agreements with both our Tier one partners and our small partners. Guide the commercial team in order to achieve Month on Month sales targets while maintaining good relationships with our partners.
