PROFILE

I am a confident and pro-active general nurse with over 12years experience. I have diverse and varied knowledge from working within multiple areas such as community nurse, care homes, and adult continuing care teams. I have a solid background in delivering exceptional nursing care to patients under home care resulting in patient confidence and trust. I also have a proven track record of positive feedback from clients and initiating long term packages for the employer. Motivated and highly focused on the welfare and comfort of patient and always adhering to the nursing code of professional conduct. I have worked under a vibrant team with caseloads of patients on invasive and non-invasive ventilation, tracheostomy, and gastrostomy tubes.
