I have 4 years experience in customer service, which have equipped me with a solid understanding of the role. Also had a 5years experience in data entry prior to customer service which has provided me with a strong foundation in both knowledge and technical skills. I am highly proficient in CRM SYSTEMS,MICROSOFT OFFICE SUITES, and constantly eager to stay up-to-date with latest industry trends and advancements.
