Elaine Wahome

 I am a results-driven and socially conscious individual with a passion for making an impact that matters. My strong analytical skills and
ability to think critically, along with my experience in research, policy analysis, and community engagement, make me an ideal candidate for
a role that focuses on both policy and social impact. I have a strong understanding of policy-making processes and how to apply them to
address social issues, and I am well-versed in using data and research to inform recommendations for change. I am eager to apply my skills
and knowledge to contribute to the development and implementation of effective policies that promote social justice and equity

I am currently a volunteer in Global Youth Biodiversity Network were we look to add the voice of the youth in climate and biodiversity conservation. Secondly, I am the operations lead in a community based organization that deals with rehabilitation of street children. 
Before that, I was the leadership development coordinator for a startup. My major roles were HR based.

I recently graduated from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology with BSc in Biotechnology. Since then, I did a diploma in Biblical studies and currently pursuing certifications in Program Management and Human Resource Management.
