Successfully managed cross-functional teams of 50+ in the execution of youth capacity building programs linking 10,000+ youth to descent work opportunities over the last 7 years. Proven track record in streamlining processes, workflows and frameworks to increase operation efficiencies, communication, reporting and compliance. Experienced fundraiser and effective in stakeholder management to facilitate business engagement and financial sustainability; negotiated and managed complex awards of $20M+. As a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of the Kenyan youth context, I quickly identify opportunities for integration of progressive initiatives and ideas into strategy. Committed to social impact through design thinking, results-based frameworks and human-centered design.
