Responsibilities:

Work with User experience UI/UX design teams by getting qualitative insights from customers to deliver engaging in app and offsite experiences that led to retaining 1200 users in the first two months.
Conduct research product to better understand how to deliver our proposition deeper into the right market segment and how to penetrate new geographies and feed product strategy..

Work with data science team to analyze feedback and consolidate into feature improvement for the app. Perfomed requirements gathering and Implemented refer a friend feature using agile product lifecycle steps to keep returning users engaging with the application.
Design and deploy educational content for marketing campaigns related to acquisition of new users and retention of existing users. Retained 4000 active users in the first three months of marketing campaigns.
