 I am Dorcas,  l studied Travel and Tours together with Cabin Crew duties. I got to do my attachment at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport  as a passenger service agent . Being their l gained customer service skills that l believe are important for this  role. My biggest strength are empathy and great communication skills always actively listen to the customer and then talk him through how to solve his problems or what l am doing to help them out. I love delivering rather than promising.

I worked at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport as a Passenger Service  Agent from march to December 2022. There l did various activities from checking -in, passengers ensuring their safe boarding and embarking from the aircraft ,helping passengers with reduced mobility and ensuring  customers have a smooth entry and exit from the airport with their luggages.
