Duties and Responsibilities
 Managing supply relations, as well as maintaining high ethical relations both internal and external.
 Responsible for packaging, labeling, returning of supplies, managing all stock movement and report any discrepancies that arise.
 Managing the inventory of all products and ensure they are within the established minimum and maximum levels.
 Keeping accurate record of all inwards and outwards inventory movements.
 Tracking documents and resolve any discrepancies on received orders.
 Taking delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile all incoming orders.
 Ensuring accuracy of the facilities in orderly system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments and returns.
 Assisting customers with finding suitable products and services.
 Training and supervising new staff members.
 Dealing with customer feedbacks, concerns and complaints.
 Ensuring the store is in clean and tidy state at all times.
 Preparing production, maintenance and follow up plan on weekly basis.
