Well, am currently working with International Peace Support Training Centre as an administrator. My work revolves in assisting students, lecturers and a face to the institution.

Duties & Responsibilities
1. Administrative support
- Front Office
- Provide clerical and numerical support to the Accounts office on monthly reconciliation of invoices for payments.
- Taking care of office equipment and machines.
- Receiving guests and providing them with relevant information
- Performing general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning and filling among others.
- Course coordination (sending out invitation letters, organizing, accommodation facility before training commence)
- Updating the training roster and student data for ease of reference.
2. Travel Coordination
- Booking flights for staff on official duty both local and International.
- Arrange for visas, organize pickups and drop offs to and from the airport
- Working with embassy dignitaries and Defence Attaché from different countries while organizing official functions at the organization.
2006- 2007, Office Assistant, British Peace Support Team in Eastern Africa
Responsibilities
1. Receptionist
- Receiving and transferring calls to different extensions within the organization.
- Sending military surface mails for posting via British Post Office System, receiving and placing them in different pigeon holes for staff members.
- Receiving visitors and providing them with necessary assistance.
- Booking transport for the team members and their families.
2. Clerical
- Providing clerical and basic numerical support to the Accounts office by collecting travel invoices for payment and reconciling them with the monthly statements
- Performing general clerical duties photocopying, scanning and filling
- Booking flights, accommodations and conference facilities for meetings. Also arrange for visas if needed
- Management of filing system, electronically.
