I have diverse professional experience in both education and customer service. As an ESL science teacher, I taught science subjects to non-native English speakers, adapting complex scientific concepts into easily understandable lessons while fostering language development. My focus was on making science accessible, engaging, and relevant, while also improving students' English communication skills. I utilized various teaching methodologies to accommodate different learning styles, ensuring that all students could grasp the material and develop critical thinking skills.In addition to my teaching experience, I have worked as a customer care agent, where I developed strong interpersonal and communication skills. I handled customer inquiries, resolved issues, and provided exceptional support through active listening and problem-solving. My ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a customer-centric approach helped ensure high satisfaction levels and positive interactions.
