Having worked in a telecommunications company as a customer care Executive, I have learnt various ways of how to handle questions and any form of inquiries from customers. I have also mastered the skills of problem solving, adaptability, good communication skills and empathy. I have learnt accountability and good leadership as well. All these are traits that have impacted positively to the company and those around me.

Approximate rate: KSh 2,800 per hour

Experience

Having completed my university education in 2020, I worked as a freelancer - content writer- for a year and a half as a part timer.

I have also worked as a Youth Champion under the National Hygiene Program for the government for one year.

Currently, I'm working as a customer care Executive at a telecommunications company. However, my contract is due for expiry.

Education

2016-2022 - Studied B.A in Education at Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology.

2012-2015- Completed my high school education at Goibei Girls' High School.

2004-2011 Completed my Primary Education at Daisy Special School.
