I am a highly motivated, positive and result oriented Customer service representative with strong dedication to helping customers resolve issues and cultivate a positive image of the company. I excel in both team environment and alone. I have proven ability to listen attentively, solve problems quickly and efficiently and create high quality professional relationship with callers.

Experience

I have 7 working experience in Front Office/ Customer service position through which have gained excellent customer service and strong communication skills which makes it easier to interact with people, answer their inquiries and solve their problems.

Education

I am a diploma holder in Tours and Travel, and have certificate in Customer service and computer packages. Having worked in hospitality industry, Customer service has really played a big role in my career. I get along well with colleagues, and handle people well  either face to face or on calls.
