I'm a highly devoted and ambitious Information Communication Technology technician with invaluable knowledge and a solid understanding in identifying a company’s data needs, managing technical support operations, troubleshooting problems to identify root cause and prevent recurrence, hardware and software installations, maintenance and upgrades. Possess the ability to perform security administration functions and network administration functions having a broad understanding of various information systems. Proficient in a range of computer operating systems, databases, and programming languages. Currently looking for a suitable Information communication technology (ICT) job opportunity, one which will make best use of existing knowledge, and skills and also further my personal and professional development.

Some of my responsibilities as ICT assistant :
• Installing, troubleshooting and repair issues with computers, printer/copiers, mobile
devices and other equipment.
• Deployment and maintenance of all internal IT services for Coveral Credit including managing ICT inventory.
• Configuring appropriate equipment and system access for employee onboarding and providing technology related     

   education and ongoing support.
• Verifying and updating new clients accounts through the fibo360 cloud-based software.
• Verifying and ensuring accurate loan disbursements.
• Test and apply OS install and upgrade administrative tools and utilities.
• Internet connectivity with the CCL environment and troubleshooting.
• Maintaining WI-FI access points, conference room technical equipment and printers.
• Maintaining IT security policies and procedures to ensure CCL systems and data are protected.
• Identifying technology and end-user risks and implement strategic solution and controls in a timely manner.
• Ensuring digital marketing and advertisement of company services across all media platform.
• Managing backup, restore and recovery support for Coveral Credit data.
• Maintaining communications and working relationship within the organization and with outside IT service providers.
• Maintaining anti-virus/malware software deployment. • . File labelling and entering the file information on a spreadsheet.

I am a degree holder of Bachelor of Science in Information Communication Technology degree at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University of Science and Technology.
