Oversee the daily operations of the PFL outbound department regarding the receiving, storage, inventory management, picking, shipping operations and the management of the people and systems supporting those operations. Monitor workflow and manage labor resources within areas of responsibility to meet the daily needs of internal and external customers. Directs warehousing activities for over 25 team members excluding outsourced transporters. Activities involve verification of incoming and outgoing shipment and safety of the warehouse and goods on transit. Also set departmental KPIs and conduct assessments to monitor performance and also monitor departmental budget.
