• Engaged in collaborative brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas aimed at increasing lab safety awareness among both researchers and professors.
• Developed and deployed a comprehensive Qualtrics survey targeting a diverse audience of 800 individuals, aimed at assessing current knowledge of lab policies. Through analysis of the data, identified critical gaps in safety awareness, enabling creation of targeted educational marketing campaigns to drive behavioral changes.
