I’ve been in the hospitality industry for 3 years having learnt the various departments included. I’m committed to rendering pleasant service and always work towards that. Iam a good team player and learn fast.

Greeting and directing clients, answering and forwarding phone calls, scheduling meetings and appointment, managing outgoing and incoming mails and maintaining a healthy, clean and organized reception area. I’ve been working for at least 3 years and mostly in the hospitality industry front office department.

I went to Egerton University main campus in Njoro Nakuru and acquired skills in the field enough to use them as a receptionist.
