I grew up in the rural parts of Kericho as a tea plucker and the experience in my child  hood really tamed me to the smart lady with good character, full of patience, hard work, perseverance and I am also social so as to build a great network.

KCB BANK LIMITED-Cash Consultant(January 2022 to date)
• Assisting customers with processing transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, or payments, resolving complaints or account discrepancies, and answering questions.
• Tracking, recording, reporting, and storing information related to transactions, bank supplies, and customers, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
• Maintaining and balancing cash drawers and reconciling discrepancies.
• Packaging cash and rolling coins to be stored in drawers or the bank vault.
• Handling currency, transactions, and confidential information in a responsible manner.
• Using software to track bank information and generate reports.
• Following all bank financial and security regulations and procedures.
• Serve customers by managing documents, information, and financial transactions in an organized, efficient, and secure manner
• Build awareness of new products and services, and identify customer needs to capitalize on the business referral opportunities
• Meet and exceed bank service standards, greeting and acknowledging each customer to make them feel welcome, while complying with bank procedures and security protocols
