Sustainability is the key to a better future and my aim is to motivate the society mindset shift  from the culture of waste to ensure we are preserving our resources for our future generations. I am genuinely passionate about safeguarding of key resources which entails taking care of the environment and society, subjects that speak true to my heart. Sustainability challenges me enough to keep doing research which am good at with an aim of learning something new each day and I  replicate my learnings to shape the Business Unit strategy. 

I am equally passionate about imparting knowledge while inspiring staff and the sustainability field has enabled me to train staff through developing content and staff engagements about the Bank’s sustainability agenda.  

As an individual I am good at strategic planning through gathering relevant information, business acumen by understanding the industry, decision making based on anlysing problems and opportunities, inspiring others to put in effort and grow confidence, driving innovation by challenging current thinking to bring about new ideas and delegation and empowerment to enable sharing responsibilities while allowing myself to focus on key strategic priority areas.
