Duties and responsibilities:  Keep a record of all the clients who come into the office, by getting their contacts and names  Prepare all the documents that are ready for submission to the ministry.  Operate several systems that need maximum attention when handling them eg Musaned, Enjaz, muqeem, Ehteraz etc.  Process all the documents needed for a client’s process to be complete.  Feed/enter all the data that involves all the company’s activities into the computer.  Secure all company information and documents by ensuring all offices are locked before heading out of the office.
