I am a Corporate Consultant with over seven years of experience in corporate law, tax laws, finance, governance, strategy, and sustainability, as well as corporate secretarial practice. I am skilled at negotiation, lobbying, and conflict resolution, as well as being action-oriented, meeting deadlines, and working with little supervision. My professional experience has provided me with a diverse network and set of abilities. I am good with arithmetic details, PowerPoint presentations (both online and offline), taking minutes (a vital ability in the role because it allows me to examine literature and documents to turn complex technical and project reports into coherent position/Board papers), and composing required reports. Further, I have a good scientific background for research, analysis, due diligence, conducting Board evaluations and  Governance Audits, budget advocacy, administration, strategic planning and project management. Ordinarily, I deal with matters pertaining to Public Companies, particularly listed banks and insurance companies.

• Project managing of engagements to deliver high quality work in a timely manner including scoping / financial management (budgeting) / engagement and risk management/production and review of deliverables;

• Provision of specialist and technical input and review of others’ inputs in the design and development of ESG transformation deliverables;

• Managing complex projects across the ESG capabilities and leadinga team of consultants;

• Contributing to the growth of the ESG practice through supporting business and proposition development activity, particularly developing thought leadership;

• Coaching and developing team members through sharing of experience and knowledge, as well as managing the performance and development of other team members
