I am a mental health practitioner with experience in providing psychosocial support to individuals experiencing challenges with their mental health through the use of various psychological techniques such as Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). In my six years of experience in the mental health field, I have worked with individuals and their families to restore their balance. My areas of specialty are depressive disorders, Bipolar disorders, ADHD as well as addiction management.
I am also a mental health advocate who engages in community work with the aim of reducing stigma regarding mental health.
