I am a person who enjoys new challenges, has a positive attitude, eager to learn, self motivated and results oriented. I have been in Customer Experience for several years and gained experience in different sectors of Management in Customer Service in Call Centre management and retail Centre management including telecommunications, manufacturing and renewable energy. The experience I have gained has provided me with the opportunity of learning from those below and above me while working in different settings. My main objectives are to further enhance my skills and ensure that customers get the best customer experience at all touch points throughout their customer journey. My personal goal is to always work to achieve my best and to always strive hard to deliver the highest level of service and ensure that I can represent any brand to the highest possible standard.

I have over eighteen years work experience and  have been fortunate to gain experience from different industries in Call Centre management and retail center management including telecommunications, manufacturing, and renewable energy.
