I currently work as a relationship officer with sidian bank. my experience in the financial sector is 12 years where I attribute my success to being a good listener, aggressive in terms of closing sales and giving good customer service to my clients.

Identify an area with potential for business growth. • Appraise potential and existing customers prior to loan approval. • Monitor the business performance of the customers to ensure that they operate according the agreed lending terms. • Provide management with periodic updates on performance of customer portfolios to guide management in decision making. • Ensure compliance with both internal and external regulatory requirements. • Work closely with risk and compliance units to ensure effective controls to mitigate against operational and business risks. • Ensure implementation and compliance with operational policies and procedures, AML/CFT Policy.
