About Carolyne Onyango:
I am an ambitious young HR professional with a solid academic grounding and 2 years of experience in HR administration, supporting employee selection and recruitment, manning the HR help desk, supporting HR reporting and analytics; and customer service. I’m searching for an HR assistant or analyst position in an established or fast-growing company to broaden my exposure and deepen my skills.
Experience
I worked as HR Assistant and Administration Officer at Voacom Networks Limited, from 2017 to 2018. From 2019 to September 2020, I worked as a Data Remediation Clerk at KCB Bank. From October 2020 to February 2023 I worked in a Non Governmental Organization as a call center agent /Field Officer.
Education
I did my KCSE in 2012 where I scored a mean grade of C+, in a school named Sinyolo Girls Secondary school in Kisumu county. From there, I joined the Catholic University of Eastern Africa from 2013 to 2016, I did a Bachelor of Commerce, and specialized in Human Resources Management with second class upper division.
