About Captain Asego:

My name is Captain ASEGO of TSC number 1031346. I have a bachelor's degree in education from Moi University. My career kicked off at the Kisii National School. Later January 2023 to September 2023 I shifted to CBC where I taught Kiswahili in TIMIZA school grade 7.

In my time at school, I attended CBC-certified training that gave me an insight into the new curriculum. One thing I learnt is the importance of a learner-centered system.

I am currently an employee of DARAJA KENYA INITIATIVE (NANYUKI). It is a. NGO that facilitates education for the needy girl child. I am a facilitator for a program called THE MAN I AM. I am responsible for the training of "high school boys" building them up with skills like integrity, hope, and strength among other skills. I do this in more than five schools around Nanyuki. This is to help the Boy get back to his senses and know that society needs men of Integrity, strength, and hope.

I am computer knowledgeable. I have skills in music and poetry where I train learners in mashairi and poems.

moreover, I am a blessed speaker and motivator. I talk to learners and staff about capacity building.

Above all, i am the best student. I am always a learner since I understand no human is a monopoly of knowledge.

I uphold high levels of discipline and integrity. As an educator, I uphold high levels of Child protection policies.
