Am a dynamic and strong team player towards social activities, child protection & advocacy training campaigns, data collection surveys & data analysis, peace building, monitoring & evaluation, teen counseling, capacity building and can easily work with minimal or no supervision at all to serve in any relevant community activities in making the difference through possible solutions or application of appropriate technology in both rural communities and urban  areas in creating a sustainable development.

Child Protection Coordinator At Kidscare ORG activities conducted include: 

• Monitoring & Evaluation of project set on Action plan .
• Drafting and Managing financial budgets for the social workers field allowances.
•  Mobilizing committees in group formation and also opening of bank accounts to facilitate proper flow of financial activities.
• Writing and submitting weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and Evaluation reports to HODs.
• Close working relation and cooperation with community and relevant CP stakeholders.
• Conducting need assessments collect data analyze and come up with  case study and possible solutions.
• Creating awareness and sensitizing communities 
• Offer  adolescent group & victims of violence guidance and counselling.
• Conduct trainings to adolescence children and their caregivers on best intervention measures on abuse of children.
• Conduct trainings and capacity build Child protection Committees

Bachelors Degree Community Development
