I have also been involved in creation of comprehensive budgets by analyzing historical data, forecasting future expenses in consideration of organizational objectives and priorities. This also goes a long way in tracking actual financial performance against the budget, identifying variances, analyzing causes, and implementing corrective actions when necessary. I have also conducted in-depth analysis of financial data, such as cash flow statements, balance sheets and income statements to assess the financial health of my organization.
