Duties
Greet and escort customers to their tables
Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)
Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses

Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software,order slips or by memorization

Internship: Environment Compliance Office
As an intern in the environmental compliance office, I managed to accomplish the following tasks:
Inspected premises for environmental compliance
I worked with permitting section on noise pollution, planting and cutting permits
I managed environmental activities and projects at the sub county level.
I coordinated environmental meetings and awareness programs for natural resources management and development
I carried out inspection and auditing activities and environmental complaints
I participated in restoration and group education to rehabilitate degraded sites at the sub county level
I Assisted in the establishment of best management practices to mitigate and control environmental pollution
I coordinated report keeping, and recording of EIA and EA within the sub county
KAWERE INITIATIVE

A pilot intervention to help disadvantaged students in informal secondary schools around Nyawewa Village develop entrepreneurship skills. Key achievement:
Reached 76 students in 3 schools with hands-on training in entrepreneurship and shared the tools and curriculum with school patrons to keep it going.
