  • Manage Key Accounts including Travel Agents, Global, Regional and Local Corporates. I’m the liaison for Embassies and NGOs in addition to conferences’ coordination.
  • Recommend Pricing action for routes I have championed i.e LHR/AMS/CDG/JUBA. This is in addition to monitoring the KQ network portfolio and ensuring my portfolio deliver contributing revenue.
  • Support the top 3 consolidators from KE market and their 300+ subagents accordingly. This is achieved by working with 2 support executives and the agent support desk
  • Handling the customer journey map including customer acquisition, contract negotiations and formulation of actions to ensure they achieve the set objectives, process definition and implementation of services and operational management.
  • Educate corporates & travel agencies in formulating travel policies that enable them practice cost saving in relation to KQ.
  • Analyzing and evaluating sales coverage, market size, competitors’ share and products preference and spear head products absorption into the market. Regions I champion market intelligence from are Kenya, South Sudan and LHR.
  • Report generation and diagnostic analysis using tools i.e. DeLorean, MIDT, Fusion-Oracle, Net Remit, and Monet.
  • Achieving performance indicators i.e. targets attainment, debt collection and profits realization.
  • Foster partnerships and maintain relationships with partners with an aim to benefit Kenya Airways PLC with a keen focus on cost-cutting. This includes enriching agreements to co-sponsor corporate engagement forums that will benefit KQ at nil financial cost.
  • Constantly training Travel agents and corporates on the KQ product to yield maximum loyalty

 

Achievement: - Attained an average of 6% revenue growth year-on- year, started at an annual USD 25M target.Maximum revenue delivered from KE sales even in 2021 despite the pandemic. Star Awarded and Sold Charters during the COVID 19 pandemic to contribute to the company's cash flow.
