My objective is to mainstream development programs, and socio-economic activities to environment Conservation and protection. 

Having attained a bachelor degree in Water Resources and Environment Management from Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University of Science and Technology and working experience of 4 years, I have achieved strong operation skills both practical and theoretical in the field of environmental conservation. I am a licensed Environmental Impact Assessment/ Environmental Audit Associate expert, and an Associate member of the Environmental institute of Kenya.  I have undertaken various Environmental and Social Impact and Environmental Audit project in various region of the Country. Further I have been able to undertake stakeholder’s engagements ranging from the National Government Ministries and Agencies, County Government Sectoral Directors to Community Members. I have GIS analytical and mapping skills. I have also worked as a resilience officer for Nairobi city in the development of urban resilience strategies for the five selected cities in Kenya namely; Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, and Eldoret.

I have superior analytical and working skills coupled with ability to communicate effectively, collect and analyze data. I am an emotionally mature person with high team spirit having worked successfully in various settings both government and private institutions

1. Resilience officer – Nairobi City, project funded by World Bank through state department of Housing and Urban Development 

My duties and responsibilities as a resilience officer included;

• Mapping of stakeholders and preparation of stakeholder’s engagement plans 
• Primary data collection from National Government Ministries and Agencies, County Government Department and Agencies, City Residents especially the Vulnerable Communities
• Secondary data collection 
• Data analysis and synthesis 
• Drafting of reports; Preparation of reports; inception report, draft guidance note, data collection reports 
• ENVIRONMENTALIST
• Preparing Request for Proposal (RFPs) tender documents.
• Filed Primary data collection through: collection of water samples, Ground truthing,
• Secondary data collection
• Stakeholders Mapping and consultation (National Government Ministries and Agencies, County Government Departments and Community 
• Analysis and Synthesis of the collected data
• Drafting of reports (inception, preliminary draft and final reports)
• Preparation of project location maps including hydrology analysis

WATER RESOURCES AUTHORITY :

• Community mobilization through formation of WRUAs in Siaya County.
