I have over 2 years experience working as a customer service representative at Jumia Kenya and  at CCI Kenya. I have honed my exceptional interpersonal and communication skills through my previous roles, which have enabled me to resolve customer issues and foster positive relationships between customers and the company.

In addition to my work experience, I have also completed a short course on customer service representative from Generation Kenya Ltd. This training has equipped me with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role, including effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.

I am a diligent and personable individual capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. I can keep customers happy and smiling while resolving their issues in the shortest time possible. I am committed to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
