I am a highly qualified professional with a strong academic background in culinary arts management, marketing, innovation management, and leadership. I hold a dual bachelor's degree in culinary arts management from two prestigious universities in Switzerland and Scotland, as well as a higher diploma certificate in culinary arts management from BHMS Luzern Switzerland, and a cooking certificate from NBCC Moncton Canada. In addition to my culinary arts education, I have also completed several online courses in marketing, project management, and sustainable tourism.
I have over 10+ years of work experience in the hospitality industry, working in various roles such as a banquet server to banquet dual captain and operations manager. I have worked with Marriott hotels in North America and currently seek a new challenge in the hospitality industry.
Throughout my career, I have demonstrated exceptional leadership and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage teams and drive success in a fast-paced environment. I have experience working with global teams virtually, which has helped me develop excellent communication and collaboration skills.
